Changing Lives Through Community Health & Clean Water

We deliver community health and WASH interventions across underserved communities in Northern Ghana through health outreach, screening, vaccination, maternal health support, hygiene education, and clean water access.

Through our “Small Acts. Big Happy.” mission, we help communities access healthcare and safe water before crisis happens.

Small Acts. Big Happy.

Why Health and Wash are a Priority

On April 19, 2026, Give Basic Needs carried out a large-scale medical outreach in Kpatinga, Gushegu Municipality, reaching over 1,000 community members with free screenings, vaccination, deworming, wound care, hygiene support, and health education.

The results were urgent: 1 in every 15 people tested was living with Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or HIV. This discovery has made preventive health screening a major focus of our 2026 community health work.
