By combining health education with the gift of safe, clean drinking water from our deep boreholes, we slow waterborne threats like typhoid at the source, proving that simple, targeted interventions create the deepest change. Reactive cases are accompanied privately by dedicated Flow Navigators to confidential consultation stations for compassionate counseling and immediate regional hospital care linkage.
Phase 3: The Safe Blanket (Mass Parasite Eradication)
Mass community administration of Albendazole (400mg chewables for adults, oral suspension for children) and Ivermectin—essential broad-spectrum anthelmintics recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) to eradicate soil-transmitted intestinal worms. 105 rugged Samsung Galaxy A06 smartphones replace paper charts and data clerks, running our lightweight Shield App Portal. A digital record opens at intake and travels with the patient through every station, sanitized between uses. 4 Flow Navigators (Dignity Escort)
To eliminate diagnostic stigma, patients testing positive for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or HIV are not announced publicly. A dedicated Flow Navigator takes the patient's hand and walks shoulder-to-shoulder with them to confidential consult stations for private counseling and hospital referral.
