The Northern Health Shield combines community screening, vaccination support, deworming, wound care, treatment referrals, menstrual health support, hygiene education, and clean water access to help underserved communities detect risks early, prevent disease, and build healthier futures.
Preventive Screening & Basic Checks
Screening for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, malaria, typhoid, blood pressure, and other medical risks through community-based medical checks.
Vaccination & Disease Prevention
Hepatitis B vaccination, deworming, Vitamin C distribution, condom distribution, disease prevention education, and early care-seeking awareness.
Treatment Referrals & Follow-Up
Connecting positive cases and patients needing care to hospitals and health facilities for confirmatory testing, medication access, referrals, and follow-up support.
Hygiene, Menstrual & Dignity Support
Sanitary pad distribution, antibacterial soap distribution, hygiene education, menstrual health education, and dignity support for women, girls, and vulnerable groups.
Clean Water & WASH Infrastructure
Mechanized boreholes, safe water education, handwashing education, household hygiene practices, and WASH interventions that reduce water-related disease risks.
